Only thing i could think of doing is possibly making the font a point bigger and adding a 1px 50% gray stroke around it - might make it easier to see the wording and such.
It might just be my screen, but it's sorta hard to see it.

I agree. It looks good overall though
I can see it fine and yeah I did consider a border and black around the text but I thought it would be too much.
And the forum on the site is very neat and tidy I would say, well hope so anyway.
