I don't see any free themes that I currently fancy, however MySkins has some great free/paid themes that you could try.

I have that theme, currently working on it and will probably add it to the selector for everyone soon.
It's a nice idea but it does have some flaws: The original theme colors / images flash for a second while the page is loading (if you've picked a new color / image). Also it forgets your choices once you clear your cache/cookies.

Yeah, I've noticed quite a few bugs/problems with most of the skins at MySkins, like their support forum theme has an issue with the breadcrumb, but not sure if that's just on my side or not. Anyways, can't wait to see it when you make it available
