New Project Community Manager/partner required

I have a new forum project that I have been thinking about for quite sometime and have decided to give it a go.
Project:
It will be xenforo for the software with the resources manager for the mods download area, basically there are lots of mod sits for farming simulator but they are full of malware & other crap as well as the normal dodgy download sites that you get redirect to, so I want to have a downloads area that users know will be free from crap and free to use (may change later to premium membership) but also to make a great friendly community for gamers to exchange help and advice on the game, currently there is one site that dose this but the forum is run by mini dictators and as you look down their forum list it's full of locked topics because of the style of the admin team, I personally hate over zealous moderation and do not post there and only use it to get the mods I want.
The basic structure would be:-
A landing page probably with just an image
Forum index
Mods download area
and a showcase/media page for video tutorials

This is as far as I have progressed if you have any suggestions or ideas or a better set up then please let me know, I am just installing test site to start fleshing this out a bit, once I have it set up I will pass the details to anyone how might be interested, there will be no cash involved until such time as the site can be moneyed up through advertising & sponsorship.
I am looking for aCommunity Manager/partner who is good at talking to members and promotion as well as some one who can bring some content to the project.

Why would you say it's inappropriate to post here? do you mean in this section or sober as a whole?

I am looking for partners/forum leaders in a simulator game project, specifically Truck, Train and Flight simulator games but if you are a fan of any simulator game and feel you can contribute then please get in contact for more info.
This will be a big project covering a lot of games but to start with it will be Farming, truck, train and flight simulators as the main focus, there will be a mod download section, screen shot gallery, video gallery and tutorials for all the main games as well as help sections and general discussion.

The style has been chosen, and graphics/logo will hopefully be completed next week, I have started to put the forum structure together and now feel it's time to start recruiting some staff/partners to start this project moving forward and to provide ideas and criticism (constructive hopefully)
The focus will be on creating a welcoming & friendly community crossing over the many different yet similar simulator games providing a central place to get help advice as well as the latest news, reviews and addon's or mods.
I am looking for staff to be the team leaders in their particular area of the site, I would be looking after the Farming sim area, at the moment I am recruiting for Truck, Train and Flight sim forums. Team leaders would be expected to recruit their own moderators as & when they are required and maintain their forums for spam, abusive behavior and keep the forum fun & friendly as well as posting news and info relating to the forum.

This site allows/welcomes these types of posts in this and other forums; from what I've gathered, this site was created for/is heavily populated by forum administrators, who freely discuss their other projects and welcome participation/feedback about those other sites.

IMHO no, stuarth's not doing anything "inappropriate"...I think you're just used to The Rules on other sites.
