Of Mice and Men

We're reading this in English class right now, just finished chapter 1. Has anyone personally read this? What do you think of it? What is your opinion on John Steinbeck, the author?

I read this book but I cant remember what its about... Lol. Its been a long time.

I read it last year in English, and I loved it. I can ask anybody in my class what their favorite book is that we've read in any class, and they'll say Of Mice and Men.

I thought it was pretty good, short read though.

I like John Steinbeck's works, read a couple of them.
