It's because all the tickets weren't sold, obviously the winning one was one that wasn't sold.

I meant that I just bought one for the new one....



And it is hardly a scam because as yet, the Off Topix Bucks haven't cost me anything except a few electrons.

Since there was no winner, does the prize roll over like the Lottery and the next drawing will be worth a thousand?



If so... I may buy another ticket so I'll have two for that one.
 
I have bought a few hopefully I will win big time, as I always lose in reality
