The towel rack won't be that much to replace--10 bucks at wal mart--or maybe less. You should probably just do that.

if the tub is clean--they won't know if it drains slowly or not.

say nothing about the plugs--that's not something they are going to notice on a walk through.

In addition to what Princess said, try using Drano for the shower, we use that a lot whenever our drain is going slow. It'll do the trick.

Nope. Even bought the industrial strength stuff from specialty stores.

I think my daughters toys have gotten trapped down in the pipes or something.

Yeah I need to deep clean everything in the house.

Actually since we were talking about it, I went and filled it up and took a plunger and plungered the hell out of it. It seems to be draining a lot faster. Even though it probably wont matter. Only the new tenants will notice that particular issue.

The same will happen with the plugs--but by that time, you should have your deposit back (if you are going to get any back)

When me and my daughters mom were together we rented from this lady. She had the same property manager back then too. They reamed me for the deposit. I dont think we got anything back.

I only came back because I needed a place to live and didnt have time to shop around.
