Have you tried painting? If so, have you kept anything that you painted? If not, would you like to try it?

I did in art class at school. I never was very good though. I do want to try again someday though.

I used to draw and paint all the time when I was younger. I enjoyed using some of the acrylic paint kits to decorate my clothing and my kids’ clothing. Eventually, I just stopped doing any of it for many years.
Recently, I discovered adult coloring, and I downloaded an app called Pigment Coloring App for the iPad.
I really enjoy it !
Pigment has a lot of different brushes you can use, palettes of colors, and probably a zillion different pictures of all kinds to color. Some of them look like a page from a coloring book, and some actually look like you painted them afterwards.

I find it very relaxing to do this and usually color before bed at night , because it is like going for a walk, but with your mind. My avatar picture of the house in the snow is one of the pictures I colored, but you can even upload old black and white photos and color those, too. It is very versatile and all kinds of people with different skills use the app. If you want to draw your own picture, you can start out with a blank canvas and create.
Here is one that looks like an actual painting after I colored it.
