Too much isn't good at all.

I don't use a lot when cooking, and don't usually have it on the table.



My son had a bag of microwave popcorn last night and added a ton of salt to it.

It was movie theatre popcorn with extra butter and salt--there was no need to add anything else to it. But hey, he's 15 and bulletproof....
 
Most definitely. Salt is the best on almost any kind of food. I probably use too much though.

McDonald's fries = salt, salt, and more salt. If I stopped eating them, I figure I'd be okay.
 
Not really. I usually use it on eggs and french fries, but that's about it.
