Yes, only one in each ear right now. I used to have 3 in each ear, but they all closed up, got 'em repierced and now just one in both lobes.

Gay Ear
The right ear or gay ear is the ear that most homosexuals tend to get pierced more often than the left ear, hence when somebody who is heterosexual is getting their right ear pierced he is getting the gay ear pierced. Straight men should avoid getting this ear pierced if they wish to carry onward their straightness.

And no, I don't have either done. Or my nose, lip, eyebrow, finger webbing, male parts, navel, cheek, etc.

Nope. Never have had my ears (or anything) pierced. I wear vintage clip-on earrings or pierced earrings with clip-on converters.

That's what I heard when I was a kid too. Left ear = straight. Right ear or both ears = gay. Don't hear that at all anymore.
