Praising Staff

Do you ever praise your staff for doing a good job?

I try to whenever I can but I dont want to over do it because some people dont like too much praise. Makes things awkward.

I don't oversee any staff, but as a staff member I rarely receive praise. I don't do the job to receive praise.

I don't think people need praising unless they have just saved the website from a massive spambot. If someone does a good job they are the most likely person to get picked for a promotion.

If my staff helps me in say a big forum update or a contest we ran together goes well than yeah.
