Right now all we have to go on is what they are telling us. For all we know, they could have him alive some where and are torturing him right now.. Pumping him for information and whatnot.
I want to believe they killed him and I think they did but proof would be great & it would put all the conspiracy theories to rest.

Exactly. I believe Osama Bin Laden is dead, but as you've said, proof would be extra confirmation and it would stop conspiracy theorists. Saddam Hussein's death was publicized; therefore, I don't see how Osama Bin Laden is any different.
Proof won't change anything. You give them a photo and they say it was photoshopped. You give them a video recording of the dead body and they say it was staged with actors.
Those dead set on not believing he's dead will continue to do so as the only people who will accept the proof is fact are those who already believe they killed him.
Still, it would be nice to have a photo at least for all those who don't necessarily believe it but are open to any proof provided by the government that he was in fact killed.

I think he's dead they just shot him so many times that the body was too gruesome to show to the public.
Well obama said he wont release the photos... Even if they did, what BZ said will probably happen. People still wont believe it. I dont know how they could go about actually PROVING they killed him without the doubters doubting it.
Osama Bin Laden's wife said that they killed her husband. What more proof do you need? lol I personally don't need proof but I really don't see the problem with giving the public a photo either. I'm on the fence about this, because I don't need proof, but to all the nonbelievers I wouldn't mind them getting their own confirmation.

George Bush didn't crash planes into the trade centers. Al qaeda did. And if you want my honest opinion on Pakistan, I truly believe that they hid Osama Bin Laden indirectly by not taking the measures needed to find him. War is war. I deeply feel for the families that lost lives due to crossfire, but it's war. War is in no way pretty. There has never been a war where innocent people haven't died. It's horrible, but it's part of it. I believe if Pakistan would of worked more closely with the US openly and honestly, it wouldn't be that high of a number of causalities.

Barack Obama wouldn't tell the whole world that Osama bin Laden is dead unless he was 100% percent sure of that being the truth. It's not the kind of thing you can afford to get wrong. I don't think it really makes a difference, because Al-Qaeda will operate regardless and there is the threat of a revenge attack.

No.. who do they need to prove it to? The public? And Why? Because we think that we have the right or need to know everythingââ¬Â¦

I think what they did is brilliant, dump his body at sea to be fish food.. never to be found.. nowhere to turn into a temple or another Mecca.. just gone forever.

Yes, I personally don't care one way or another, however, there is numerous that had their families killed among numerous other things deprived from them and for reasons of entirely garnering closure, seeing Bin's body feels justifiable, after all, they had no problem showing people jumping out of the towers to their death hoping that somehow they'd survive whilst they were crumbling to the ground.
Does even matter if he's DEAD or not?
There would still be people on both sides that claim it was a hoax and that he was either alive and free and plotting away, or had already been dead for a long time, or he had never done anything to anybody and was a scapegoat, or that he was a clone from the mothership, or whatever.
