Nope, but that might change if the US considers sending troops directly to Ukraine in the later stages of the war. I believe right now, they're just sending to the outskirts/neighboring countries.

I am scared to see a military how much more to serve them? Training is difficult and commanders are strict like crazy.

Nope; the U.S. military was still booting individuals out for simply being gay (DADT didn't begin until the end of 1993).
