Shopping in-store or online?

I shop online since 2001 
I order almost everything online. Be it grocery, clothes, skin/body care products, stationary, etc. I literally order everything online. It's the best way for me to buy things because the place where I live has a lot of traffic. I hate getting stuck in the traffic which is why I prefer staying indoors and order whatever I need.
Online shopping is so fun because there is so much to choose from in the comfort of your own home. I've been shopping on eBay recently for Christmas gifts for my family, so many unique items I can find them that you generally cannot find in stores!
I do both. I shop online more now because I am in a better neighborhood and there is a lower chance of my packages getting stolen (it hasn't happened yet / knock on wood). In my old place online shopping was a big source of anxiety for me, always worried someone will swipe my stuff (which did happen a couple times).
The only time I shop in a store is if I'm actually at work (I work in a store, so I get a discount). Other than that, since I have to take public transportation everywhere or walk, that means I have to carry whatever I purchase. I'd rather just shop online and have it mailed or delivered to me.
