Shrimp

Its great!

I had some coconut shrimp and shrimp scampi yesterday.

Shrimp is okay; but, I only have it whenever we go on vacation to the beach. That's if I want to have it, but I haven't had it in years actually. Last time I had it was a few years back at the beach with my grandpa, who dipped it in this sauce that made it taste pretty good.

I enjoy shrimp. I can either fry them with a coating of flour, egg, milk, and a bit of condensed milk or put them in the pan with a bell pepper, onion, and tomato over noodles or rice.

All of the above, with cheesy grits, GUMBO, & much, much more!

I love shrimp and have eaten it so many different ways.

Tonight, for instance, I will be having some in a seafood pasta (in fact, I need to get down to the kitchen to shell them soon).

Another favourite is shrimp and tofu in oyster sauce (once again benefiting from having a Chinese partner)

Shrimp tempura is nice, too.

I could go on.

I prefer wild caught brown shrimp from the Gulf of Mexico.

However, as the Prize Patrol has not stopped by with my BIG CHECK just yet, we've been buying frozen from SE Asia at Aldi. Vietnam, Indonesia, etc.

I don't care how much it is marked down, I will NOT buy it if it says Product of China on it.

Funny this thread popped up again, I had shrimp yesterday too. Tempura shrimp from an Asian place. Sooo good.
