Teen drowned 4 yr old to protect secret

A 14-year-old California boy told police he drowned his 4-year-old neighbor on Friday because the child had threatened to tell his mother the older boy had molested him. Then stuffed the body in a clothes dryer.



This is disgusting and very sad.

If that kid does go to jail as an adult then they probably have to isolate him as I imagine he will be targeted by all the prisoners there who want him to feel what the kid he attacked felt.



It says California law does forbid the judge from giving him death or life without the possibility of parole and he is facing 32 years plus 15 years which brings it up to 47 years. so he would be 59 years old when he gets out assuming he don't get killed in prison first.

That's sickening. I feel sorry for the kid, to have been molested and then killed. Isn't fair. I hope that the boy doesn't get out too quickly. You can see how sex crimes can turn into murder - all it takes is something like resistance.

If that kid does go to prison for this crime, when the general population finds out why he is there, he will be targeted and most likely be someone's bitch. Being so young he will have no recourse and no way to resist the men that are in there with him.

But when they find out he is a diaper sniper, they will exploit him in every way possible. I know what goes on in prisons; my ol' man was in a level 4 prison for over 3 years. This kid is in deep.

And to be honest, he deserves whatever the population does to him.

It is sad, I think they need to punish him as an adult. But to be honest. It would be child abusive to trail he's only 14. So its still close enough to a child's age. But he does deserve some sort of punishement, proply like 2 year's in jail, and lock him up in his own house for 10-20 year's and just let him be homeschooled and not let him see anyone.

A 14 year old is old enough to know the difference between right and wrong. I hope he gets the chair when he turns 18.

I highly doubt the death penalty can be applied to a minor. The worst he can get is probably life in prison.

Because, you don't see every teenager do this every day without learning it from an adult. Prove it? Anyways, lets cut the psychology. People are responsible for their own actions, even if something bad happened in their past. He is a teenager, not a little kid. He knew that molesting the boy was wrong, which is why he killed the boy to stop him from telling. Then his conscious took over and he admitted to police that he did wrong.



He molested and killed another person. A 4 year old in fact. Robbing the boy of his life and his family of their child. That is a serious thing. Its not like he stole some bubble gum from the store or something. I'm sure whatever punishment he gets is too lenient.

Well, he did the right thing in reporting himself, which mean he knew it was wrong and could not control his actions. Sense he did report himself that admits he does not deserve full punishement when he reported himself. But he is still only 14 year old. If you put a 14 year old in jail then he be luckly to live. Don't you think thats kinda abusive, it should be the parent's fault mainly for not keeping an eye on there teenagers and what they are doing, and the 4 year old would proply still be alive. Its the parents resposibility to keep an eye on them.

Well, we blame the parent's and the school systems mainly because the children learn these things from them. So they turn them into how some of these teenagers act now days in our generation, so it is there fault.

whats going to happen is he will be tried....and then sent to a Juvenile Boys Detention facility until he becomes 18....
