That sleep paralysis thing. Everything was black until I mentally screamed for help and willy dashed to me. I got out of it once he was on top of my chest. It was the first time experiencing that and the only time.
Second is propably waking up to the intense feeling of falling. But that not so much because it's a familiar feeling.
