I know exactly what you mean. It's like they just see the N word and ignorance and can't see the book for what it is.....

And then they complain about how the books people give them to read suck =_=

Like I said before--my sister (who is a school teacher, btw) doesn't think the book deals with anything but a black/white rape.....When eople get that narrowminded, I just want to scream......
