What sort of things do you have for breakfast each morning?
 
I have coffee, orange juice, cereal with cut up banana in it and rye toast.
 
Two toasts with an egg white and a glass of milk is a perfect healthy breakfast..!!

I have some more two hours later and four hours later.

Besides, when most of your day constitutes sitting around you don't need a lot of energy.
 
I usually have either Weet-Bix with soy milk or porridge, with a glass of juice of course!
