How did you deal with it? When I had a forum, I banned them, when I didn't, I was sometimes mildly amused, and that was the end of it.
Have you ever trolled a forum? Yeah. Never too maliciously, but I have created an account that played a character before. It was over half a decade ago, but I used to really enjoy fucking with people. True story, bro!

I've found that most trolls don't need to be banned, they just need to be ignored and they'll eventually disappear or start behaving.

I used to troll people all the time. I would join a very American forum with serious debating and act as if communism is the answer to every problem in the world. I've done the opposite as well. Join a very socialist forum and act as if I'm a neo-nazi.

Seems childish now but wow, some of it was comedy gold... xD
