Buy the IRS off. Or better yet buy a bunch of congressional seats and the presidency. Bank roll an opposition party.

Buy my own island country and allow only me and relatives to live on it, make sure it's wired with the best internet connection, live off solar power on a tropical island in a nice resort-like home where the waters are calm enough that I wouldn't have to worry about my house being destroyed.

Honestly first I would hire a private chef 
I love me some good food but don't always want to do take out or go out. I would also donate money to some people I know who's family/friends are in 3rd world countries and who send their family money.
Another thing I would do is update my wardrobe. Being a model I collect so many nice clothes but my ``Street`` clothes can definitely be updated XD

I won't stay in one place. Every few weeks, I'll spend time in another country.
