Kanye West is currently battling it out with Nicki Minaj for the top spot in the US albums chart; despite an ongoing (and might I add, one sided - on his part!) rivalry with Taylor Swift, the hip-hop superstar is forecast to sell 550,000 albums in his opening week. We're tracking the album's sales as they come in from US retailers, so be sure to keep an eye out for the final number. Hopefully it'll do some damage to his ego!

TIDBIT - Vanity Edge Song Contest (VESC):

Our song contest is currently proving highly popular, with around 20 members submitting songs - you definitely should search it out and join if you think it looks fun! Basically you create a thread for your fictional country, and send songs to each contest on behalf of your country!
