I haven't ever seen it actually work...lol, and then you get kids that try to find work-arounds anyway...It's like having unregulated business 'promise' to conduct itself ethically...might happen in some cases, but plenty of cases end up being quite damaging when the pledge in reneged upon. Getting horny kids not to fool around is like getting cows to bark.
