So now that the holiday season is pretty much over, did you get to see a lot of your family?

Do you only see some during the holidays? Are there any you see quite a lot all year (well ones that dont live with you)?

Yep, saw the whole family. Only part of the family we see once a year is my cousins I guess, but he is in his late 30's or 40's, so it is not really like he is my cousin. Actually, I do have family that lives in Atlanta Georgia, so we go up there from time to time, but we didn't see them this christmas b/c they didn't come down. They may be coming down to sweet home Alabama for the New Year though.

I usually see my family down south (100 miles away) once a year.. Its only an hour & half or two hour drive. I should go down and see them more often.

Nope, I just saw my fiance's mom and step dad, my parents, my sister and her fiance.

So I avoided seeing most of the family

I saw most of them. Our daughter had to work on Christmas eve night and Christmas Day night, so she didn't get to come home. I also missed seeing 1 sister and 1 brother--but other than that, I think I saw most everyone.

1 sister,

1 mother

1 hubby

2 sons

5 nephews

6 neices

2 aunts

3 uncles

and there are more that I didn't see--but those are a bit more distant....

We only got to see our relatives on my step-dad's side of the family, because of a winter storm that happened later that evening. Didn't even make it to Midnight Mass like we originally wanted to as the weather was so unpredictable.
