what do you do when angry?

Well some times when i'm mad, i just say to my self calm your phat azz. And it really works, sometimes.

When I'm in for fitness ..yes.
But for Muay Thai...nope otherwise I would get my ass kicked. :lol:
 
I have a file somewhere on my computer where I rant and rant and then leave it for a bit and I go back and read it. I tend to laugh at myself afterwards lol.
