What is the most you have made from an investment?

Investing is one of the most common ways for people to make a passive income, especially at the moment in 2023.

When it comes to investing though, it is not something you can just jump into and do without first doing your research and ensuring what you are investing in will bring you a profit and not a huge loss.

I myself have yet to invest but I am taking things slow and learning before I take that leap.

Yes.

And all we did was move.. between closing and then taking a year to move and another to unpack and organize we have seen nearly a 50% increase in value and we literally havent done anything yet..

I am honestly very worried about the property taxes.. they are high enough in my state already..
