What makes a thread worth responding to? (in your opinion)

For me it's if the topic interests me, so it's important to post about a variety of things to suit everyone.

It has to catch your eye (though admittedly I just click all threads) and manage to keep your attention for a bit. Maybe teach you something new, maybe you'll find something you agree or disagree with.

Generally I comment on everything. As a mod, I try to at least read every single post that goes on this thread. I rarely comment on international news, but I do like threads that do get some opinion going.. That are more insightful than Last person who posts wins, sadly which, I created.



My favorite are probably just general threads, youtube videos, humour, forum discussions.. Things along those lines.

Also I don't post smiley faces and other filler just to increase my post count.
