And there would be different answers if you broke it into Male and Female.

For Female in the All Time category, you'd have trouble beating the woman that said: "I believe in censorship. I made a fortune out of it."

That would be, of course, Mae West (1893-1980)

The male 'all time' list would be a little tougher, but I think I'd be able to find something to discuss with Mark Twain, or possibly (if there were no language barrier) François-Marie Arouet (1694 - 1778), who was a celebrity under his pen name: Voltaire....
