Probably every character ever conceived.
Every character has some reason they might be a bad roommate. But I think the one that would be the most difficult for me to deal with would be Madara/Nyanko-sensei from the anime/manga Natsume Yuujinchou. He may be a cat to most people, but I know well that's not all he is as a reader. xD
