YouTube Converter

There are several converters out there that take YouTube videos and turn them into mp3's or mp4's for you to keep. Do you think this is ethical? Do you use YouTube converters for any reason?

I suppose its not unethical because anything a person uploads to the internet can be saved by anyone and we all should be aware of that before hand.

It's no more or less ethical than recording something from TV or radio.

I've heard about YouTube Converters before, but I've never used them.

I use http://www.youtube-mp3.org I usually get odd songs I fancy listening to at the time.
