It's called "brudet" in my native language. It's a dish made of fish (hey, that rhymes! 
) and (optionally) potato with a tomato sauce. Some people like to add more ingredients custom to their individual taste, but the basic receipt doesn't call for anything special beyond fish and a tomato sauce, maybe shrimps or crabs.
For me, it's disgusting, but there's a plethora of people out there who could gorge themselves with it and never have enough.

Goat cheese, it's disgusting. It's way too sharp tasting for me, I don't eat much cheese for that reason. I'm sure goat milk is probably disgusting too, though I've never had it.
Don't really remember the texture too well, but I imagine it's like eating tough slime.

I don't know a person that is impressed with it. Now crocodile, on the other hand, that was pretty tasty!

Haven't had it in a long time, but I vaguely remember it tasting like a mixture between chicken and steak.
No telling, I ate mine on a road trip in Louisiana.
