Received Pronunciation English with Irish undertones.
 
Not quite posh but not regional accented either. Just well spoken if you will.
 
I have no accent. I loved Heath Ledger's.
 
In my country, I only have regional accent. Globally, I have an accent specific to my country, which is non-American, of course.
 
Well... i'm from Colombia.
i'm Latino, so I guess I have one.
(And no... it doesn't sound like Sofias Vergara xD)

Everyone does. I can understand people when they speak spanish, or at least get a general idea of what they are talking about. I know a lot of words, I just don't know how to put them together to create a sentence.
