Greetings members,
I just wanted to reach out and let everyone know that I have decided to step down as Lead Administrator of this community. This may be permanent or it may just turn out to be a leave of absence for a while. Your new Lead Administrator is @PGen98, she has graciously agreed to fill my shoes and will assume ownership of the community should I fail to return. If time permits, I am hoping to pop in from time to time without the pressure of being the "boss man" of this community though.
The reason for my departure is due to the fact that I have become pretty active outside of forums and I really don't have the time to give this forum the leadership it requires. As you may know, I have a daughter & a partner who need me to spend time with them, they are my main priority in life. I also work full time. Last year I adopted a couple puppies and have been raising them, we go on miles-long walks pretty much daily. They require a lot of attention and I love giving it to them, they are the best dogs ever, so loving and playful. I also joined the gym a couple months ago and I spend an hour+ there every day working out. I have an unlimited pass to the local movie theater so I am there several times a week. There's also so many great shows on TV right now. Meal prepping is another thing I've gotten into. I'll spend a whole Sunday in the kitchen getting meals ready for the week. Life has been pretty good lately, I am healthier, happier and I want to keep a good thing going.
Long story short, I have been a busy bee for the last few months, I've been neglecting this place and its been making me feel a little guilty. I am not saying goodbye forever, I am just saying goodbye for now. If things change for me and I have more free time, I'll probably be back in full force again. In the meantime, this community deserves a staff team who are dedicated to this place and have the time to nurture it and help it continue to thrive. I know that you are in good hands with the staff team here, feel free to reach out to them whenever you might need something.

Just a quick update, @Jay™ has purchased the forum and is the new owner of Off Topix. He has a lot of experience running forums and has a passion for them. Congratulations to him! Let’s all give him a big warm welcome to the staff team!
