How often do you visit the orphanage?

I visited an orphanage once in my life. I live in a tier 3 country, so the condition of orphans was not that great there as compared to tier 1 countries. Bad economical conditions and poor resources was worsened the conditions of orohanages.
Never. Can't get out and don't like children anyway.
