Does your job make you feel important and needed in your life?

If yes, how so?

I'd say it does. I don't love my job, but I am definitely depended on to keep the train on the tracks. I guess that provides me with a sense of purpose IRL too.

I am an accountant in the organization. And I am highly respected by the organization. Since I started working there, I have plucked so many financial leakages in the organisation. And the owner can't make any financial decision without my input.

Yes, to a large extent i love my job and I get the respects I deserved as I should. Aside that I get respected more for my personality

I am the boss in my job. I own the business. I have apprentices and one staff. As the boss, I am the most important person in that workplace. It makes me feel important but it comes with lots of responsibilities.

I think that my current job, any of the jobs I’ve had, have been able me make me feel happy and fulfilled, as long as I simply did my best to become the best at it that I can possibly be, in order to then use the skills I learned for the next step in my development towards the Life that I had dreamed of.
