    I think it's like that all over the place - it's the same here landlord's charge through the nose these days, it's disgusting! To be a kid again sometimes, but then again, my childhood memories aren't good ones. Spent most of it, being bullied at school.

    Unfortunately not - they're paid for by our landlord, so we're screwed with what they give us. We don't pay for repairs, the landlord does.
