    I'm not trying to take the high moral ground here, but the theft of copyrighted material is still theft which ever way you care to dress it up. Perhaps it's the fact that it's just so easy and people believe it's a faceless crime is the reason why so many are openly against it cessation...

    Well, they do say there's one born every minute. People are far to gullible in my opinion and are ready to believe in stuff easily, rather than doing any kind of research and trying to form their own opinions.
