    I think it is salt as it is used for whatever is cooked but pepper is used only for certain curries and dishes.

    I now live in a semi-rural town where there is limited crowd and taffic. The last time that I was in a crowd was years ago.

    Use Salt in moderate amount

    As it is I do not like too much salt as my tongue dislikes and then there is the health issues. Too much salt is bad for blood pressure
