Do you have 3 meals a day?
People don't have to join a gym plenty of things in the home can be used as well as long walks. I only joined a gym to tone not lose weight even though I did lose weight. I would of quoted you Twisted but I don't understand how to do that on this site.- Mercedes01

I work out huge I need my fuel. I believe you can eat what you want but you need to move more rather than be on line 24/7.- Mercedes01
