    True! However, as a site owner, we also need to be aware that we can't expect people to work for free. Site owners should build some kind of revenue system before they can hire paid staff.

    You have a point but people buy sites for two main reasons, traffic, and revenue. If they don't receive the same kind of traffic and revenue, they might rate me badly and my reputation as a seller might be at stake.

    Recently, I stepped down from the moderator position on a certain forum. When I decided to work on the forum, we had agreed on some kind of cash payment, but when the admin said he can no longer pay, I left the position.

    I am using wpforo, It is really good. The only problem I have with this forum plugin is I can't find an add-on to add credits for forum activities. I have also tied Asgaros in the past, but it is pretty basic.
