    The child got up but it did seem that his leg was hurt as he could not stand on it. People on that side of the traffic light got out to help him. I still don't understand why no one in the front row of cars did not chase after her.

    Well I was stopped at a red traffic light now about three cars deep from the actual light. It is one of those where you have the green arrow to allow cars to turn across the oncoming traffic. So on the opposite side facing me the three lanes are stopped for red and the end lane go on green...
