    Starting fresh, how would I initiate a conversation with a twitter user of whom I'm either following or being followed? (For example if I wanted to ask Lisa (2createawebsite) something in Twitter but didn't have a previous conversation already started, what would I do?)

    Thought of killing yourself?

    I use to have suicide thoughts in the past because I wasn't on the right mix of medication but for over 6 months now, I've been stable and have not had such thoughts. It was always by overdose which to me was weird.

    I use to get panic attacks. I hate them. I feel like I'm going to die or faint. It's very scary for me. I use to get 10 - 12 a day when I was younger, but there are still times when under extreme stress that I will get a panic attack. I hate them.
