    He meant that ordinary civils can't buy a gun i think.. Anyway, his home-made gun design is pretty cool, just out of curiosity should be interesting to make one, not to be used with real bullets though!

    They actually have a different culture regarding "security" for public people, this is a very rare event.. they usually bomb or commit arson before directly kill someone with a gun.

    No guns. Having one creates a huge responsability and most people don't have enough of that to have one. Mental health is important.

    I fell asleep watching the nba finals yesterday, my cellphone battery died out and my alarm never woke me up. Other than that i feel really good. I slept for almost 9 hours straight.
