    Do you get brain freeze from cold foods?

    There's actually a trick I know to avoid brain freeze. You just avoid the cold stuff touching the roof of your mouth. there's a bundle of nerves there responsible for brain freeze that don't like to get cold.

    There are some unhackable webcams on laptops now because you have to physically hit a switch on the laptop to turn on the webcam. If you have one of those I think covering it on top of that would be overkill.

    I broke my personal step count record for one work shift. 9029 steps. 4.08 total miles in an 11 hour shift. I'm getting way better! I just thought I would share.
