    Personally, I think any kid under 15 shouldn't ever have sex. But there are a lot of 12-15 year olds out there having sex nowadays. Like last year, there was this 12 year old boy who already had a kid with a 13 year old girl, now that is messed up! But I agree, they should change the legal age...
