    Cringe Fans

Tbh I’m an IT guy, so most of the people I’m around are nerds. Though anime is a lot more popular than it was a few years ago, so the perspective of the fandom is slowly changing.

Do you pay for YouTube Red?

I pay for Redtube …. wait…. Ignore that

Do you pay for Amazon Prime?

It is a bit insulting to say people are blindly shopping. A lot of people just enjoy the convenience of a one stop shop. A lot of people find it a pain to go and make another account on a website just to buy one or two items to save some money, and would rather just use a site like Amazon where...

Do you pay for Amazon Prime?

I think it widely depends on the product in question. For me, Amazon does have the lowest prices for a lot of stuff I buy, and I know the prices of my hobbies. Some of the other online retailers charge a premium, and then will have a sale during one of the holidays and drop it to Amazon’s 24/7...

    Confederate Monuments

Flying the flag at a state capitol is silly, but I don’t see anything wrong with some stuff like statues and the like. I’m gonna use the generic “it’s our history” argument, but I don’t think we should get rid of stuff just because we don’t like it. It’s a thing that happened, we shouldn’t hide...

    Creationism vs Evolution?

I’m an Apatheist, since I didn’t grow up in a religious environment, I don’t believe in creationism, unless by the Flying Spaghetti Monster or by ancient aliens, because the latter totally happened.

    Thoughts on Transgenders?

It doesn't really affect me at all, because it's not my life. It might be a bit awkward at first if I knew the person before they transitioned, and I'll eventually get the habit of their old name out of my system, but if I met someone after the transition, I'll only know them by their new name...

    Fish n Chips?

I had it a ton when I lived in the UK. There was always a chippy around.

    Do you pirate software?

Apparently we get those in the US as well, but that depends on your ISP, and it's more like an empty threat to shut off your internet rather than actual legal action. The copyright holder just gets it from your IP address when you torrent, so that's easily circumvented with a VPN.

How often do you change your mobile wallpaper or homescreen setup?

My phone and tablets basically never get updated, but on my computers I tend to change them out every few months or so

    Crunchyroll Premium

The point still stands. It looks like you’re saying “they ruined one show, I refuse to use this service ever”. You do realize that those anime licensing companies that make the Blu-ray’s you’re watching don’t have a perfect track record and also use CR subs right? You might as well get rid of...

    Crunchyroll Premium

So they “ruined” one show and you swore off the entire service?

How do you keep your internet life secure?

I just separate my personal life from my internet life. I have separate accounts for my internet and irl friends

    Do you pirate software?

Tbh, you gotta try to get caught, or be a famous YouTuber or something and openly admit to it. They’re focusing more on the sites distributing it than getting the people downloading it.

    Crunchyroll Premium

Tbh I don’t think it’s really that bad, and the vast majority of people whining are people who don’t know Japanese and tend to openly admit to playing a game of telephone It is interesting when people who know Japanese are usually nonchalant about translation accuracy, but the people who don’t...

    Do you pirate software?

I’ve done it several times for stuff like Windows, Office, and Photoshop. I did it to try out different audio production software, and i did eventually buy it. It’s like, if I used it that much, I might as well give them money for it. Some software don’ t offer trials at all, or the trial is so...

Do you trust yard sales and online markets like Amazon to buy consoles etc.?

On eBay, you can just go by the seller’s ratings, so obviously the higher the better. Then there’s PayPal for refunds. The consoles themselves also aren’t that hard to open, so you can bring them outside with a can of compressed air.

    Single Niche Vs. Multi-Niche

Single niche can lower the amount of people who will be interest, but has a higher retainability. Usually you’ll have more people who are dedicated and knowledgeable on the niche, so they enjoy discussing the topic with people. Multi-niche would usually have an opposite effect, where you can...

    Race?

It’s the easiest thing to fall back on, because it’s visual. It doesn’t take much effort to explain it to someone when they look different. Race relations in America aren’t great, but the media trying to fear monger and push a feeling of victimhood isn’t helping either.

Is the News making us turn on one and another?

A lot of news sites spend more time pandering to their audience instead of just telling the news. The only difference between Fox News and Buzzfeed is their political bias.
