    Sometimes one of my cats comes on the bed at night, but usually he doesn't stay long and sleeps somewhere else on his own. I don't mind it when I don't know of it but if he's there when I'm going to bed, I can't really fall asleep as long as he's there.

    I think it's fine to require an introduction in some cases though the sentence informing about it could be nicer. Whether or not I would bother registering depends on the forum and what it's about.

    I won't move unless it's an apartment that allows pets. I'll be moving next month and the kitties come with me. :3 So far I haven't had real trouble finding apartments that allow pets.

    One easy way to pick up words and phrases is to acquire Finnish songs and look up the lyrics translated, read them a few times now and then and connect the words while you listen to the music.
