    Agreed; age makes no difference. As long as they can communicate effectively, and efficiently, and manage a team of mods, and promote the forum, and do all the back-end stuff, it's all good. But they need to be somewhat professional. I'm immediately turned off when a forum isn't a finished product.

    I have to disagree. It's a forum; it isn't going to endanger anyone's life if you're drunk. If you are drunk at the wheel, you should be thrown in jail. But that's discussion for another thread!
