    I am very selective about what books I buy so I usually finish them. On the rare occasions I do struggle I have no problem with abandoning them. There are far too many good books out there that I want to read to keep struggling through those I don't enjoy.

    I met my best friend on the first day of high school (aged 11) but she didn't really become my best friend until we were 15 so that will be 18 years now. My online best friend who has pulled my through maybe my darkest times has been my friend for 7 years.

    I have a syndrome that makes my hands icy cold all winter and one year I had a mood ring for Christmas and it rarely ever changed from black or brown unless I happened to have it on when I was washing the dishes or my hands in warm water and then it went straight back to black.
