    Hi Friends, For cough and colds I use to swallow 1. 8 pieces of Pepper seads, 2. one clove of garlic 3. a small piece of salt and 4. some pieces dall. I continue this for 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days, my cough and cold will go away.
