    I would say the same as I say for human cosmetic surgery, unless it's for a justifiable reason, I wouldn't do it. Neuticles, just to make a dog look more masculine is not what I would call a 'justifiable' reason.

    I agree, the do need a punishment that will hit where it hurts, but if they are to lose all their benefits, so leaving them without money, I think they are just going to 'steal' what they want, which means the people they steal from will suffer too.
